Hayato began his career as an attorney in 1998 at Yamasaki and Partners, while belonging to the First Tokyo Bar Association. In 2000, he joined the Kasahara Law Office, becoming a partner in 2002. Utilizing his language skills and vast experience overseas, he took on numerous clients not just from Japan, but from all over the globe.

With his reputation as a well-known and trusted attorney in Japan, Hayato established the Terai Hayato Law Office in 2005 and continued to satisfy even more clients internationally.

Hayato Terai is the Co-CEO of GanaEight Coin Ltd and has been the Chief Legal Officer at Ganapati PLC, GPJ Venture Capital and Ganapati Malta Ltd since 2017.

Dr Kristina C. Deguara

Dr. Kristina Camilleri Deguara graduated from the University of Malta as Doctor of Laws in 2013 and was admitted to the Bar shortly after.

Being at the helm of the legal department, Kristina specializes in: Digital Currency and Initial Coin Offering (ICO), Company & Corporate legislation, Contract drafting, Malta taxation, and Compliance and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Kristina has been the Co-CEO of GanaEight Coin Ltd since 2018.

Juliet Adelstein

Juliet joins Ganapati following 3 years at Dentsu, Japan’s top advertising agency, where she brokered and managed global sponsorship and athlete endorsement deals for some of Japan’s biggest companies.

After 7 years living and working in Japan, Juliet’s expertise lies in bridging the gap between Eastern and Western cultures through her understanding of languages, international relations and borderless business.

Juliet has been the COO of GanaEight Coin Ltd, and the CEO of Ganapati Europe Holding Ltd since 2018.

Eman Pulis

Eman is the founder and CEO of SiGMA, the Summit of iGaming in Malta, and now also the Malta Blockchain Summit.

SiGMA has become a world-renowned must-attend calendar event, attracting 500 exhibitors and sponsors, 12,000 delegates and 150 speakers, culminating in a Malta Gaming Week throughout November. The Malta Blockchain Summit is an event that brings together the best and the brightest in the crypto space in one of its leading jurisdictions.

Eman graduated with first-class honours in 2001 with a Bachelor of Education degree. He holds a Master’s Degree in Creativity and Innovation as well as a Master’s Degree in Diplomatic Studies.

Eman became the Senior Advisor of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Monroe Schmidt

Monroe has been working in the online industry since early 2007 and the education, experiences and training he’s gained has equipped him with all the necessary tools and insights to battle cyber-crime, prevention of Money Laundering, and Compliance within the online sector.

Monroe has over a decade of experience and has worked with top gaming companies in the industry, such as GVC Group, Amaya/Stars Group, Scientific Games, and most recently, the Jackpotjoy Group, where he currently holds the position of Chief Compliance & Regulatory Affairs along with being the Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the Group.

Monroe became an Adviser of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Alexis Wicen

Alexis is, despite his age (34), a veteran with over 10 years of experience in the Online Gaming sector. He has worked in deciding positions at companies such as Betsson, Evoke Gaming, and Redbet Gaming where he sought to connect with the players offline by managing and creating brands such as Redbet Live Poker series and the European Championship of Roulette.

Alexis has a Casino focus with in-depth technical knowledge, business acumen and extensive experience in Online Gaming Platform Design and Development, Online Marketing, Licensing and Jurisdiction, as well as CRM.

Alexis became an Adviser of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Angelo Dalli

Angelo is a serial entrepreneur and AI technology expert. He has distinguished himself by his ability to combine technical ability with commercial acumen. He has secured over 21 investments from EU funds such as Private Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists.

Angelo is a fully accredited member of the European Business Angel Network and is a YPO member. He is also invested in Seedrs, the leading European crowdfunding site that is regulated by the UK FCA.

Angelo has been involved in four IPOs, one on NASDAQ in the US, two on NASDAQ OMX in Sweden, and the Oslo Borse with a total market capitalization totalling over 500 Million. He has authored over 23 papers focusing on the application of AI, Natural Language Processing, and Search Engine technology. He has also represented Malta in various international events, one of the first being acquisition of a bronze medal at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) in 1995.

Angelo’s profile is a realization of the mantra he works by: ‘to create scalable, repeatable technology businesses led by innovation’. Angelo became an Adviser of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Johan Styren

Johan has over 10 years’ experience in the Gambling industry. He has worked as a manager at Unibet, before taking on the role as CEO at LeoVegas, taking the company from four employees to one of the biggest operators in Europe and the number one in mobile gaming.

Johan recently started a new venture, Dilanti Media, within the affiliate industry and is also a board member of Hero Gaming.

Johan became an Adviser of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Joseph Borg

Joseph is an Advocate and Partner at WH Partners, heading the Blockchain Advisory and the Gaming and Gambling Advisory sections of the firm.

Before joining WH Partners, Joseph was the Chief Regulatory Officer at the Malta Gaming Authority (formerly the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, Malta). He was also an elected Member on the Board of Trustees of the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR), a position which he held throughout 2012.

Joseph first joined the Authority in March 2007 as Director, Legal and Enforcement and occupied this post for almost four years. Joseph graduated with an LL.M. with Distinction in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law from the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow). He holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta.

Joseph became a Legal Adviser of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Kelly Fenech

Kelly is a qualified lawyer and Senior Associate with WH Partners who advises both international and local clients.

He specializes in distributed ledger technology and financial services, with a special focus on investment and payment services, anti-money laundering, securities, capital markets and private placements equity issues.

His current work includes advising multiple companies on token sale projects and ensuring that such projects do not fall under MiFID II (particularly assessing whether the token would be classified as a MiFID II financial instrument) or the Prospectus Directive and Regulation. Kelly graduated with a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta. He is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates and was admitted to the Bar in Malta in 2011. In addition to his legal education, Kelly holds a Masters in the Science of Finance (CFA Programme Partner) from Trinity College, University of Dublin.

Taku Sawada

From 2009, Taku was the store manager at “Tokyo Midtown RESTIR”. A top sales clerk, he was involved in the operating and planning of events as the Senior Sales Associate, and successfully managed over 200 employees. After working as a buyer in Paris, London and Milan, he became involved in marketing, planning and promotion, targeting the international market.

Taku became a Director of Ganapati PLC in 2015, later becoming its CLO in 2016 and CMO in 2017.

Taku has also been the CEO of Ganapati Malta since 2017 and became the CCO of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

LiChun Hsiao

Lichun has been working in the gaming industry for the past two decades. His experience includes online gaming integration and operation, as well as new business development. He has previously provided consulting services to both Taiwan and China’s national betting organizations and has won several major bids.

From 2010 to 2015, as Vice President for Intradak in Beijing China, LiChun provided consultative services to national betting organizations and corporate accounts in China. He prospected for customers through referrals and networking, qualified leads, negotiated with corporate customers, closed deals and managed accounts.

From January 2015 to 2017, as Asian Managing Director, LiChun helped BetConstruct to establish Asian offices and created an outstanding service team for platform providers. From January 2018 to April 2018, he worked as a director of the Business Development Div. in SBTech, where he cultivated excellent relationships with Asian gaming players. Lichun obtained his Master Degree of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby BC, Canada.

LiChun has been the COO of Ganapati Taiwan, and the Head of Business Development at GanaEight Coin Ltd, since 2018.

Nelli Melik-Ohanjanyan

Nelli began her career in the iGaming industry back in 2014 with BetConstruct, conducting customer support for the bettors in four languages. After gaining sufficient knowledge of the industry, she was promoted to Account/Project Management in October 2015, where she acquired an advanced technical and professional knowledge in sports betting, later becoming Business Development Executive in August 2016.

After moving to Gamble Beast in September 2017 as Business Development Executive, Nelli quickly became Head of Sales by December of that year, at the age of just 25.

Nelli has been the Senior Business Development Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd since 2018.

Rafaela Arruda

Rafaela is of multicultural heritage – a combination of Japanese and Brazilian, she is fluent in 3 languages. Having spent most of her life in Japan, she has learned not only language but the importance of culture in today’s global markets.

Working for 13 years as a model and in retail, she has gained a wealth of experience with people and in sales. Rafaela is new to the gaming world, however, her language and cultural understanding have been contributing to the Ganapati Group since November 2017.

Rafaela became the Business Development Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Erika Nitu

Erika joins GanaEight Coin Limited with a wealth of experience. She has a BSc from Roehampton University in London, as well as a certification in land-based casino operations, where she developed her keen interest in the casino industry. With this, she deepened her understanding of casino brand identity and the science behind retaining customers.

Erika brings her knowledge of casino operations and management experience to the Sales team. Erika became the Business Development Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Anthony Drury

Anthony is the Non-Executive Chairman of Alpha Returns PLC, a HongKong based Investment Company listed on AIM.

He is Chairman of Axiom Capital, an FCA authorized corporate finance house and a Director of City Fiction Ltd, a media company.

He was previously the founder and Chairman of St. Helens Capital PLC, an FSA (now FCA) regulated corporate advisory firm based in the City of London. As Chairman, he was responsible for the strategy and new business activities. St. Helen’s became one of the most successful PLUS Markets advisory firms. Plus Markets was the previous name of ISDX, prior to its acquisition by ICAP PLC.

Anthony has been the Non-Executive Chairman of Ganapati PLC since 2015, and of GanaEight Coin Ltd since 2018.

Toshitaka Nakajima

Toshitaka graduated the Law Faculty at Keio University in 1996, majoring in Political Science. Toshitaka began his career at Recruit Cosmos Co., Ltd in 1996, where he conducted real estate sales and marketing.

Toshitaka then worked in management at multiple listed companies, in the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Administration and IR sectors. His roles included Manager of the Corporate Planning Division, Manager of the Management Division and Executive Managing Director. He also worked on the listing of a company on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the acquisition of bonds rating and issuance of straight bonds, management of internal compliance and internal control, amongst other things.

Toshitaka has been the CFO of Ganapati PLC, GPJ Venture Capital, Ganapati Malta Ltd and GANAPATI NEO since 2017. He also became the CFO of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Tomoaki Matsuhashi

Tomoaki began his career at Nikko Securities Inc. (presently SMBC Nikko Securities Inc.), a stock company. He later moved to Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd and worked in the stock industry for a total of 18 years. His main task was stock trading, where he analyzed trading patterns and planned trading strategies. His profits greatly contributed to the companies he worked for.

After his career in the stock industry, Tomoaki entered Manulife Life Insurance Company, in 2009. He then established GPJ Venture Capital to create a corporation which meets the demands of the present day, making use of his financial knowledge and job experience.

Tomoaki has been the CEO of GPJ Venture Capital since 2014. He became the Financial Director of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Mika Watanabe

Mika graduated from Kansai University in 1991, majoring in Law. She has previously worked for HSBC Japan in its Osaka office, where she was appointed as Chief Strategist.

Mika is knowledgeable in fields such as consulting and real estate, particularly in setting up real estate funds. She is also a registered real estate transaction agent.

Mika has been the CMO of GPJ Venture Capital since 2017. She became the Director of Analytics at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Yukihiro Hasegawa

Yukihiro graduated from Kinki University’s Faculty of Law in 2010. He started his career in the Kodaira branch of Resona Bank Limited.

Yukihiro’s expertise lies in sales and analyzing investment trusts. Yukihiro has been the Assistant General Manager at GPJ Venture Capital since 2017.

He became the Director of Investments at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Kirill Timofeyev

As Chief Technical Officer, Kirill leads Ganapati’s long-term technology vision. With the primary responsibility of creating exceptional products across Ganapati’s entire software portfolio, Kirill plays a key role in pushing technology boundaries to the next level. Kirill’s teams are constantly working on innovative solutions to meet and exceed the iGaming industry’s high expectations.

Kirill has over 10 years of experience in software development. His professional career started in 2007 as an insurance software provider in Finland and the Baltic countries. In 2011, Kirill joined Playtech, the world’s largest online gaming software supplier traded on the London Stock Exchange. In 2013, he joined Snowcat Systems, an online gaming startup. Soon after, Kirill was appointed Head of Games Development.

Kirill holds a BSc in Software Engineering from Tallinn Technical University.

Kirill has been the CTO of GANAPATI NEO since 2017. He became the CTO of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Yutaka Iwakiri

Yutaka graduated from California State University, Long Beach. He started his career at Disney Interactive Studios, United States headquarter office, where he was involved in the development/expansion of games towards the global market and exhibited at E3 for the company.

After his return to Japan, Yutaka started his own business, entering various avenues of the entertainment business, including television, music, gaming and fashion. His previous clients include a wide range of international related businesses, including both Japanese and overseas companies and embassies.

Yutaka has been the CEO of GANAPATI NEO since 2017. He became the CCO of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Rasmus Gross

As Creative Director, Rasmus is responsible for game logic, art, sound and animations. He conceives and implements concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects.

Rasmus started working in the online gaming industry in 2006, when he joined one of the biggest European poker networks, Entraction. There, he worked closely with BetVictor, William Hill, Evolution Gaming, Cozy Games and Parlay Group.

In 2011, Rasmus joined IGT and worked with Income Access, OpenBet and Codere Group. In 2015, he joined Snowcat Games as the Head of Design. There, he developed numerous games for Betsson, Odobo, Unibet and Amaya.

Rasmus has been the Creative Director at GANAPATI NEO since 2017. He became the Creative Director at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Oksana Aldoja

Oksana started her career as a highly-motivated and results-oriented manager within outsourcing companies such as Bertelsmann. She has a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to high-profile clients like Microsoft, Toshiba and HP.

Throughout her career, Oksana has undertaken several different projects for Microsoft, such as Windows 7 Upgrade option program, Software Assurance and Microsoft End User Fulfillment. These placements have enabled her to develop a valuable and transferable skill set, which she continues improving and developing at GANAPATI NEO.

Oksana has been the Product Manager at GANAPATI NEO since 2016. She became the Product Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Andres Suisiepp

As a software engineer with over 5 years of professional hands-on experience, Andres always strives to create the best product possible.

He brings his knowledge and experience from the fast-evolving FinTech world to build innovative solutions for the iGaming industry.

Andres is equally efficient in backend and frontend development cycles and is always ready to help his teammates get up to speed. He never compromises on performance, user-experience or scalability and is always eager to take on new and exciting challenges.

Andres has been a Full Stack Developer at GanaEight Coin Ltd since 2018.

Kiyotaka Yokoyama

Kiyotaka graduated in mathematics from both Tokyo University and Tokyo Metropolitan University. He then graduated in Policy Management from Keio University’s Graduate School.

He began his career at IBM Japan and went on to work for Oracle Japan, Microsoft, NTT Data and IBM Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President at the IBM US headquarters.
Utilising his vast experience and language skills acquired in both Japan and the US, Kiyotaka established Astronaut in 2013, becoming the company’s CEO.

Kiyotaka’s expertise lies in databases, database security, networks, network security and digital forensics. He currently does business with ministries, major airlines, domestic car makers, etc., as a key client.

Takuro Yamaguchi

Takuro previously worked in both a record company and an artist management company, where he acquired extensive knowledge of entertainment and corporate identity.

Takuro joined the Ganapati Group in 2014 and has since been involved in a wide range of creative production work which utilizes his skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. In his role as IT Manager at Ganapati PLC, Takuro creates the company websites and manages networks.

Takuro has been the Senior Creative Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd since 2018.

Jordan Creiner

Jordan was born in the United States, where he received a BA in Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa. He moved to Japan in 2016 to study the Japanese language and Japanese culture.

Jordan has been the Creative Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd since 2018.

Nadia Adelstein

Nadia grew up in Sydney, Australia, where she began studying Japanese from the age of 5. She later spent 8 years living and working in Tokyo. In 2015, she joined Sony Digital Entertainment Services Inc. as Marketing Manager for the global division, focusing on the South-East Asian market. Whilst in this position, she worked with leading brands such as Disney and Coca-Cola.

Nadia’s unique background in Japanese culture, language and business awareness has equipped her with a special set of skills and knowledge in the areas of international marketing management and public relations.

Nadia has been the Marketing Manager of Ganapati Malta Ltd since May 2017 and became the Senior PR Manager of Ganapati PLC and CMO of GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Vivian Tseng

Vivian obtained her Master’s Degree in Marketing Communication. She is an accomplished and objective-oriented marketing executive. Vivian’s expertise lies in successfully conceptualizing, implementing and overseeing innovative marketing strategies and leading campaigns in the IT industry. These include panning print, online, collateral, and customer relationships, to drive marketing impact as well as brand positioning efforts.

From December 2016, Vivian worked for BetConstruct as the B2B Manager and in January until June 2018, she worked for SBTech as the Account Manager. Those experiences led her to maximize customer satisfaction in many aspects.

Vivian has been the Asian Marketing Manager at Ganapati Taiwan since 2018. She became the Senior Marketing Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Shun Kasai

Shun graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University’s School of Cultural and Creative Studies in 2015. Shun began his career as a SoftBank agent in 2015. There, he accumulated experience in corporate sales, training lecture, recruitment and auditing, amongst other things.

Fascinated by the technology and content of the cryptocurrency and blockchain world, he started writing in the cryptocurrency media, “Coin Otaku.” He also engages in ICO consulting for other projects and conducts web marketing.

Shun has been the Web Marketing Manager at GPJ Venture Capital since 2018. He became the Strategy Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Sophie Morris

Sophie has a first-class degree in Japanese Studies and an MA in Translation Studies, specializing in Japanese and English. She has previously worked in both Tokyo and London as a translator.

Sophie began her career in the Ganapati Group in 2016 as a vital part of the administration team. She joined the marketing team in 2018, bringing her language and copywriting skills, as well as her extensive knowledge of the company.

Sophie became the PR & Communications Manager of GanaEight Coin Limited in 2018.

Ian Davis

Ian is a British qualified Barrister, having been called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honorable Society of Lincolns Inn in 2004.

Ian is equipped with over a decade of legal experience. He firstly worked as a prosecutor with the Ministry of National Security-Criminal Section, Jamaica, and thereafter for over 13 years within the Japanese law firm arena in Tokyo, successfully handling a broad array of complex corporate, commercial, civil and maritime/shipping legal matters on national and global levels, for both Japanese and international companies.

Ian has also acted as legal advisor for a number of Foreign Embassies in Japan, furnishing such entities with his legal expertise on numerous legal matters. Ian first obtained his professional teaching qualification from the Mico University College (Jamaica), and thereafter went on to obtain his B.A in Linguistics from the University of the West Indies (Jamaica).

He then moved into the legal realm by completing his LLM at the University of Leeds (England), and thereafter the Bar Professional Training Course at Northumbria University (England).

Miyu Kawaguchi

Miyu has been working in administration within the Ganapati Group since 2016. She majored in English at university and after graduating attended translation school.

Miyu’s passion for language and international relations has been a key asset in fostering the international growth of the Ganapati Group.

Miyu became the Administration Officer at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Hiroyuki Shichijo

Hiroyuki has previously worked as a technical writer, a systems engineer and an IT manager at leading telecom and game entertainment companies, including NTT and Namco. He has also worked in a private medical centre for Japanese nationals living overseas, giving him further experience in bridging cultures.

Hiroyuki’s experience spans a wide range of industries, providing him with a unique skill-set. In February 2018, he joined the Ganapati PLC London office as the IT Manager. In June, he took on the additional role of Office Manager, supporting the Group’s global teams.

Hiroyuki became the Administration Officer at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Samira Jamil

Samira has lived, studied and worked in Libya, the UK, the USA and Malta and has BA degrees in Business & Finance and Management Studies & Arabic, as well as an MA in Communications, Media & PR.

Her multilingual and multicultural backgrounds and over 10 years’ experience supporting C-Level executives across trade, publishing and business aviation, are some of the skills Samira brings to Ganapati in her role as HR Manager.

She is instrumental in laying strong foundations for Ganapati’s operations in Malta. Samira prides herself on her communication skills and is also learning Japanese.

Samira has been the HR Manager at GanaEight Coin Ltd since 2018.

Josi Ishida

Josi is a Japanese native, born in Brazil, but raised in Tokyo. She speaks 3 languages and her multicultural background is the perfect blend for expanding her international connectivity.

She has built her career in modelling across countries such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand. Working in the industry for 15 years, she has learned the importance of building relationships.

Josi is new to the gaming industry, but her communication skills and natural eagerness to learn has proven to be an asset to the Ganapati Group.

Josi became the Administration Assistant at GanaEight Coin Ltd in 2018.

Magali Boyer

As part of the London team, Magali takes care of all day-to-day administrative tasks, along with supporting the marketing team with events and translating. Magali joined Ganapati having already built up extensive international experience and multilingual abilities upon graduation in 2017.

She initially began her career working in international recruitment in Germany, having previously lived in France, Japan and South Korea. Magali returned to the UK in 2018 with a desire to work as part of a team in which she can utilize her vast language skills and cultural knowledge.

Magali has been the Administration Assistant at GanaEight Coin Ltd since 2018.

Isabella Simmons

Isabella joins the Ganapati Group following 3 years at Japan’s largest advertising agency. In her role as Project Co-ordinator, she worked on a number of high-profile sporting events around the world, liaising with key clients to ensure sponsorship rights were delivered. She also managed the agendas of several senior executives and board members.

With a keen interest in Japanese culture from a young age, Isabella went on to attend SOAS in London, where she was awarded a BA in Japanese Studies. Isabella brings her valuable experience of working in an international team and Japanese cultural understanding to G8C, as well as her extensive skills in event coordination and maintaining important client relationships.

Isabella is an Administration Assistant at GanaEight Coin Limited.
